Processing Time
All ShakraVibe orders are made fresh in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the U.S.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your region.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at vibes@shakravibe.com with photos. While we aren’t responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we’ll always help you as best we can.

Local Pickup & Store Availability

  • You can pick up your order at select Farmers Markets in Orange County, CA — choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you the details.
