Due to health and safety, we cannot accept returns once shipped.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at vibes@shakravibe.com with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

🛍 Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise, etc.)
Can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping.

💸 Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
